Martin D. Hamburg, Ph.D., President
 

Opened and Managed the Waterford Towers, Edgewater, NJ, 324 unit Independent Living.

Turned around failing healthcare and residential agency serving over 3000 people per year and grew the agency from $3 to $50 million annual budget and a staff of 1500 employees.
 

Established over 50 ICFs (Medicaid Intermediary Care Facilities) and Medicaid Waiver residential programs for seniors and adults with brain injury and special needs serving over 350 individuals.

Neuropsychologist and Adjunct Associate Professor of Neuroscience at Weill Medical College of Cornell University with a special interest in the care and treatment of people with Alzheimer's disease.
 

Created Opti-Healthcare, a network of 5 diagnostic and treatment centers with over 70,000 patient visits per year.

Created corporation to market and manage over 400 units of senior housing in NY and NJ.
 

Established internship and training programs with 3 area hospitals and 5 area universities.

Obtained State commitments for reimbursement for facility development costs in excess of $42 million.
 

Developed 6 major health and education facilities totaling over 250,000 square feet and 40 smaller facilities including ICFs and group homes and small medical offices. Developed facilities via acquisition and renovation as well as ground-up construction.
 

Secured construction capital through the use of IDA Civic Facility Bonds with and without bank Letters of Credit, State health care financing (MCFFA) and conventional mortgages;

Negotiated Medicaid rates for ICFs, Childrens Residential Services, Early Intervention Programs, Case Management and Crises Intervention, Adult Day Treatment and Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Services.

Created MSO to manage the global risk contracts of a 900 member PHO. Contracts included commercial, Medicare risk and behavioral carve-out programs.

Mark J. Nunheimer, SVP Director of Finance
 

Twenty years experience in budget development, financial analysis and financial monitoring of construction and development of senior housing, multi-family and other forms of commercial real estate in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Florida and the US Virgin Islands.
 

Negotiated $38 million in bond financing for senior housing projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and managed $28 million in construction and development.
 

Established western regional office as part of national reorganization of a real estate company managing over $2 billion in commercial, residential and resort properties.

Joel W. Hass, SVP Medical Liaison and Marketing
 

As CEO of the Mid-Florida Region of the American Red Cross, he managed the work of the Red Cross in 13 counties. He grew Red Cross reserves for $120,000 to over $3M.
 

As President of the Florida Hospital Foundation, he established 20/20, a $1B foundation to support hospital development.
 

In conjunction with the Walt Disney Memorial Cancer Institute, he created a special event program which netted the Institute $1.2M.
